摘    要:文章以智慧旅游城市建设为研究对象,构建了智慧旅游城市建设水平评价指标体系与评价模型,并以国家旅游局确定的智慧旅游城市建设试点为案例进行实证评价。结果显示,17个城市的智慧旅游城市建设综合水平差距较大,平均水平相对较低。其中,智慧旅游基础设施建设水平、智慧旅游经济发展水平、智慧旅游科技创新水平较低,而智慧旅游硬件支撑水平与智慧旅游环境支撑水平较高。并依据评价结果将17个城市分为6个类别,对每一个类别的智慧旅游城市建设情况进行了分析与对比。

Abstract:In this paper ,taking the wisdom tourism city construction as a study subject ,an evaluation index system and evaluation model of wisdom tourism city construction were developed ,and the construction of a pi-lot smart tourism city of China National Tourism Administration was employed as a case study to make the em-pirical evaluation .The results showed that the overall level of construction in the 17 cities shows a big gap ,and the average level is relatively low ,with the infrastructure level ,economic development level ,and intelligence level of technology innovation being lower ,and with hardware support level and environment support level be-ing higher .Based on the evaluation results the 17 cities were divided into 6 categories ,and the wisdom tourism city construction of each category was analyzed and compared .
