当今社会科技与环境问题关系的哲学思考

当今社会，旨在帮助人类认识世界和改造世界的科技给人类的生存环境带来了潜在而巨大的威胁，科技的正效应正遭到越来越多的批判与质疑。然而，审慎地看，当今社会，环境问题的主因并不在于科技本体，而在于人类不当的价值选择以及对科技的片面运用。当然，科技的“伴随效应”也会带来一定的环境问题。总的来说，科技与环境的本真价值关系依然存在。因此，我们重要的不是怀疑和否定科技，而是要树立科学发展观，改变落后的价值观念，完善科学技术的运用，以解决环境恶化问题。

The Dialectical Relation of Science-technique and Environmental Problems in the Modern Society

The environmental problems really have a certain connection with science technical development. However, the environmental problems can＇ t directly blame on science technical of development oneself, and can blame on the unilateral development and usage of science and technique. In fact, science and technique＇s overall development and reasonable usage can be consistent with ecosystem environment. Of couse, the accompanying effect of science and technology can bring some environmental problems. Overall,the relationship of value pursuit about science-technique and environment still exist. Therefore, the important thing is not doubt and negation technology,but establish a scientific concept of development,change the backward value ideas,improve the application of scientific techniques to reduce environmental problems.
