| 摘 要： | 南茜·弗雷泽通过对20世纪90年代以来资本主义社会存在的性别非正义的整体状况的诊断，重新审视了性别问题。对产生性别非正义社会现实和理论进行批判性解读，对矫正性别非正义的理论方案进行重构。南茜·弗雷泽所建构的超越国家疆域的正义理论框架和替代方案，丰富并推动了当代正义理论的发展。其在政治、经济和文化等诸多领域对性别正义进行的探索性研究，对当前我国正确处理再分配、承认和政治代表权的内在矛盾关系具有很好的启发意义。

| Abstract: | Nancy Fraser re-examined the gender issues by diagnosing the overall situation of gender injustice in capitalist society since the 1990s’ .She made acritical interpretation of the social reality and theory w hich gener-ate the gender injustice ,and reconstructed the theoretical scheme which corrects gender injustice .This justice theoretical framework and alternative scheme which is beyond the national boundaries enriched and promoted the development of contemporary justice theory .These exploratory researches on gender justice in political ,e-conomic and cultural fields ,etc .have great enlightening significance in handling the contradictions of correct redistribution ,and recognizing political representation right to our country currently . |
