科技创新能力与城镇化水平协同发展研究--以我国东部地区为例

文章构建了科技创新能力与城镇化水平测量的指标体系，在运用AHP和标准离差法确定各指标主观权重和客观权重的基础上，计算各指标的综合权重，并依据各指标的实际统计数据值标准化后的值来分别测算我国东部10个地区科技创新能力与城镇化水平情况，利用协同度模型，判断10个地区科技创新能力与城镇化水平的协同度。结果表明：我国东部10个地区的整体科技创新能力与城镇化水平处于初级协同状态，其中北京处于良好协同；广东、江苏处于中级协同；上海、山东处于初级协同；浙江处于勉强协同；天津、海南、福建、河北处于濒临失调状态。

Collaborative Development between Technological Innovation Capability and the Level of Urbanization-Taking Eastern China for Example

This paper constructs an index system of measuring technological innovation and the level of urbani-zation .It calculates the comprehensive weight of each index ,the technological innovation capability and the level of urbanization of 10 regions of eastern China ,which is based on the use of AHP and standard deviation score to determine the subjective weight and objective weight of each index after standardizing the actual statis-tical data of various indicators .And it determines the collaborative degree between the technological innovation capability and the level of urbanization of 10 regions of eastern China by using the collaborative degree model . T he results show that technological innovation capability and the level of urbanization are in the initial collabo-rative state in the 10 regions of eastern China .Beijing is good ;Guangdong and Jiangsu are in intermediate syn-ergies ;Shanghai and Shandong are in the early synergies ;Zhejiang is barely synergies ;and Tianjin ,Hainan , Fujian and Hebei Province are in the verge of maladjustment .
