不动产登记机关登记错误的责任机制

For various reasons,the mis-registration of real property registration institution occurs frequently.Therefore,how to optimize the liability mechanism of mis-registration of real property is directly related to whether the right of parties concerned can be effectively remedied.It is believed that real property registration institution should bear administrative liability for mis-registration,started from the nature,liability basis and liability principle of real property registration activity,and combined with related regulation of current property law in China,which adopts fault liability principle.Based on it,the development venation of it is deduced from historical perspective,which believes that the fault liability principle will be transferred to principle of liability without fault,in order to maximize the protection of interest of victims.
