企业家精神影响核心竞争力的路径及机制——基于皖北地区农业产业化龙头企业SEM模型的分析

打造龙头企业是农业产业化的重要内容，推进农业产业化必须着力提升龙头企业的核心竞争力。企业家精神被认为是提升核心竞争力和21世纪经济由管理型经济向企业家经济转变的驱动因素，但当前的研究呈现出多学科交错的局面，未能形成经济学学科内独立的理论，从而导致关于企业家精神对核心竞争力作用及机制的研究成果较少且缺乏实证研究。以皖北亳州、阜阳两地市级以上农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象，构建结构方程模型（SEM）对企业家精神与核心竞争力的结构关系进行研究，结果表明企业家精神对核心竞争力不具有直接效应，但间接效应高达0.987，其中组织学习和突破式创新发挥着重要的中间作用。

Path and mechanism of influence of entrepreneurial spirit on core competitiveness:analysis based on SEM model of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in north Anhui area

To build leading enterprises is an important content of agricultural industrialization,and promoting agricultural industrialization must actively improve the core competitiveness of leading enterprises.The entrepreneurial spirit is regarded as driving factor of improving core competitiveness and achieving the transformation from administrant economy to entrepreneur economy in the 21st century.But researches nowadays come into a multi-disciplinary overlapping situation,and independent theory has still not established in economics field yet,which causes the lack of research fruits and empirical studies on the function and mechanism of the influence of entrepreneurial spirit on core competitiveness.Taking the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization above municipal level of Bozhou City and Fuyang City in north Anhui area as research objects,structural equation model(SEM) is established to study the structural relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and core competitiveness.The result shows that entrepreneurial spirit has no direct effect on core competitiveness,but the indirect effect is up to 0.987,among which organizational learning and breakthrough innovation play important intermediate roles.
