| 摘 要： | 1992年邓小平发表了重要的南方谈话，其核心精神就是解放思想。解放思想有重要的现实意义。从解放思想的主要内涵出发，分析当前条件下解放思想应遵循的实践性、人民性和政治性三原则及其现实要求，提出包括改革顶层设计、基本制度建设和焦点问题突破在内的需要解放思想的具体领域，指明在解放思想过程中要反对的自由化思想的几种表现。

| Abstract: | In 1992,Deng Xiao-ping delivered significant speeches in south China,the core spirit of which is emancipating minds.Emancipating minds has important realistic significance.Starting from the main connotation of emancipating minds,the three principles,namely,practicality,people-orientation and political awareness,and their current requirements are analyzed,through which emancipating minds should followed nowadays under the present realities.Concrete fields of emancipating minds are proposed,including top-level design of reform,basic system construction and breakthroughs of key issues.Several specific behaviors are pointed out of bourgeois liberalization which should be opposed in the process of emancipating minds. |
