我国服务贸易对服务业发展的作用机制

发展服务业是转变经济增长方式的有力渠道之一，而通过发展服务贸易来促进服务业的优化发展是发展服务业的途径之一。对服务贸易作用于服务业的途径进行理论推导，假定服务贸易对服务业发展的影响主要以要素禀赋为途径。依据中介效应检验程序，选取服务贸易各部门进出口额为自变量，选取服务业产出和就业占比为因变量，以服务业资本存量、人力资本以及全要素生产率为中介变量，通过实证检验得出要素禀赋是服务贸易作用于服务业发展的重要途径，不同部门对不同要素禀赋的中介作用相差较大的结论，并分析这一结论的政策启示。

Acting mechanism of service trade on development of service industry in China

While to develop service industry is one of the most powerful ways to transform the mode of economic growth,to promote the optimal development of service industry by developing service trade is one of the feasible ways to develop service industry.Theoretical deduction of the acting paths of service trade on service industry is carried out,given that factor endowment is the main approach of service trade inflencing the development of service industry.According to the process of intermediate effect test,the amount of import and export of each department of sevice trade are selected as independent variables,the propotion of output and employment of sevice trade are selected as dependent variables,and the capital stock,human capital and total factor productivity of sevice trade are selected as intermediary variables.Through empirical test,conclusions are drawn that the factor endowment is an important channel of service trade inflencing the development of service industry,and different factor endowments of different departments are quite different from each other.Policy revelation is also analyzed according to the conclusion.
