| 摘 要： | 党的十六大明确指出:"要把促进经济增长、增加就业、稳定物价、保持国际收支平衡作为宏观调控的主要目标。"据预测与分析,"十一五"期间辽宁经济将持续快速增长、就业压力较大但有所缓解、物价消费水平有所提高、对外贸易发展迅猛,这四大宏观调控预期目标既充分考虑和综合平衡了辽宁各方面发展的实际,又体现了政府宏观调控的战略意图,更反映了辽宁宏观经济运行的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | It has been forecasted and analyzed that Liaoning's economy will gain a sustainable and high-speed development and progress will also be made in the aspects of employment pressure,the level of commodity prices,consumption and the foreign trade.The four desired targets of the macro-regulatory have taken into account fully and balanced comprehensively the reality of all aspects'development and embodied the strategic intention of government macro-regulation,and moreover,reflected the development trends of macroeconomic regulation and control in Liaoning. |
