| 摘 要： | 本文从四个方面阐述了中国政府干预技术创新的理论依据:即技术创新的某些特征导致市场失灵;出于国家战略考虑刺激和培植某些产业;脱离比较优势陷阱,变静态比较优势为动态比较优势;消除技术路径依赖,变后发劣势为后发优势。

| Abstract: | This paper explains the theoretical foundation of China's government interference technological innovation from four respects: i.e. some characteristics of technological innovation leading to the fact the market does not work, stimulating and cultivating some industries in consideration of national strategy, breaking away from the comparative advantage trap, changing static comparative advantage into the dynamic comparative advantage, Dispelling the reliance of technological route, and changing late coming inferior position into the new-coming advantage. |
