农民工政治参与现状调查思考

通过对西南某市农民工的调查问卷分析,认为造成农民工政治参与边缘化的主要成因是:二元社会结构的制度性障碍、经济因素、限制性组织政策障碍、农民工意识薄弱等。针对成因,其对策为推进法制进程,赋予农民工更多参与空间;建立农民工利益协调机制,拓展参与渠道;根据目标性原则,构建农民工政治参与有效动力机制;提高农民工自身素质,增强参与意识,最终消解边缘化。

Reflections on the Present State of the Peasant Workers' Political Participation

The authors believe that,with the influence of institutional barrier,economical factor,policy inefficiency,and the weak civil rights consciousness,the peasant workers are marginalized in political participation.Considering all the causes of this situation,the coping tactics should contain the following aspects: modifying the legal process,giving peasant workers enough rights' space to engage in,establishing the cooperative mechanism of civil interest to widen the channel of participation;bringing forth the motivational mechanism to initiate their participation;strengthening peasant workers' comprehensive quality to develop awareness of political participation.By those means,the marginalization of rural workers will be eliminated.
