| 摘 要： | 以人为本的思想源远流长、内涵丰富。以人为本是科学发展观的本质和核心,也是高校办学的新理念。本文系统阐述了人本管理原理的涵义及人本管理在高校管理中的意义和如何在高校管理中实现人本管理。高校的人本管理,就是要以人才为本,就是要以学生为本。

This paper has made a systematic analysis of the principles and connotations of people-oriented management in tertiary schools with the conclusion that such management in colleges and universities should focus on students. |
