| 摘 要： | 科技投入在促进人力资本形成、生产力发展等方面发挥着重要作用,对经济发展具有直接的推动作用。因此,尽快建立完善的科技投入政策和效率评价机制具有重要的现实意义。文章根据6大区域的科技投入和产出数据,运用数据包络分析方法(DEA)实证分析了我国6大区域2004~2006年科技投入的相对效率和规模收益状况。研究发现,科技投入效率与地区有密切的关系,相对发达地区的科技投入效率高于其他地区,科技投入效率总体较低,同时存在规模收益递增的情况。
