健全和完善我国质询制度的思考

我国的质询制度发展非常缓慢。随着政治体制的不断完善和法治建设的不断深入，质询制度必将成为社会关注的热点。本文通过对我国质询制度现状的分析指出当前质询制度的种种弊端，要真正实行该制度，至少应设立并实施提起、受理审查、答复处理、质询公开等阶段的程序。
