论学报编辑的主体意识

学报作为学术期刊,刊发的文稿都是作者的科研成果.编辑对作者文稿的处理,实际上是对作者科研成果的一种再认识.这一认识过程是主体积极参与的活动过程,具有很大的主观能动性.这决定了学报编辑必须充分发挥自己的主观能动性及知识和能力的创造性对作者的科研成果进行能动反映.而这种能动反映正是学报编辑主体意识的体现.为了在学报编辑工作中充分发挥把关与创造的双重作用,学报编辑必须具有超强的主体意识.
