| 摘 要： | 不同的历史时期有不同的精神文明。社会主义市场经济条件下的精神文明,既继承了传统的优秀道德文化,又赋予鲜明的时代精神,并立足于基本国情;既面向世界,吸取人类文明的优秀成果,又抵御了资本主义腐朽没落的东西。我们应营造良好的社会氛围,探索独特的方针、方式,促进精神文明的建设。

Socialist spiritual civilization bases itself on traditional morality and culture with distinct features of the day. Geared to the needs of both domestic and world conditions, not only has it rejected the dross of capitalism but also it has assimilated the essence of civilization of human beings. |
