| 摘 要： | 新时期对编辑的素质提出了更高的要求。编辑人员既要具有高度的主人翁责任感,又要具备一定的创新能力和超前意识;既要精通业务,还要具有相应的理论水平和市场观念,以适应知识经济时代的需求,文章从编辑素质入手,着重论及了新时期编辑应具备的三种现代意识:主人翁意识、创新意识、超前意识。

| Abstract: | The higher comprehensive quality is needed for editors in new times.As editors in the university ,they should have higher sense of responsibility,have creative ability and consciousness to think before the things take place.Edition should be proficient in their specialized subject,in addition, they should know policies and theories,and have market sense.so as to meet the needs of the times.This paper mainly disscuss three consciouseness.They are:consciousness as a master,creative consciousness and consciousness to think before things take place. |
