浙江省保护和申报世界遗产战略研究

以＂保护第一,开发第二＂、＂社会开发与经济效益并重＂、＂立足长远,战略布局＂为浙江省申遗工作的基本原则,以＂实现申报世界遗产零的突破＂、＂全省均衡布局＂、＂文化遗产、自然遗产、非物质遗产共同繁荣＂为战略目标,针对浙江省申遗现状进行探析,加强对潜在世界遗产的论证,探索浙江保护和申遗的战略对策。

On the Strategy of Zhejiang's World Heritage List Nominations

This paper analyses the current situation of the World Heritage List nomination work of Zhejiang based on the fundamental principles of the Province’s efforts for World Heritage nominations which are specified as ＂Protection First,Development Second＂,＂Focus both on Social Development and Economic Benefits＂ and ＂Having a Long-term Strategic Layout＂,with the objectives of ＂realizing a breakthrough of World Heritage nomination＂,＂proportional layout across the province＂,and ＂a shared prosperity of the cultural heritage, natural heritage and intangible heritage＂. It is concluded that the governments in Zhejiang need to strengthen the argumentation for potential world heritages and explore for rational strategies for the World Heritage List nomination.
