我国传媒与建设小康社会--基于发展传播学的思考

论及我国传媒在小康社会建设中所发挥的功用,可以从物质文明、精神文明和政治文明等三个层面上去分析。尽管发展传播学对传媒在社会发展中的积极作用给予了高度评价,但通过本文列举的实证研究可以证明,传媒在物质文明、精神文明和政治文明等三个层面上能够发挥的作用其实相当有限,它不仅只是推进全面建设小康社会进程的一个组成部分,还必须依赖其他传播方式的支持。而且,由于我国传媒存在着这样那样的问题,因此它现在发挥的作用更加有限。

Media of Our Country and the Well-off Society Construction

The role that media of our country play in the construction of a well-off society can be analyzed from three aspects: material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization.Although the Developing Communication Study has given great appraise to the positive role that media play in the development of society,the concrete evidence researches enumerated in this article may prove that media have quite limited effect on the aspects of material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization.The media not only are a component of the comprehensive process of the well-off society construction, but also have to depend on the support of other means of communication.What is more,the function of the media are limited at present because of some problems.
