| Abstract: | Venture capital consists of changing factors in a changing world.This paper will answer what is venture capital industry,why,and how the venture capital operation develops,and who initiates and manages it.Venture capital operation can be viewed as a financial cycle:starts with the raising of a venture capital fund;proceeds through the investment in,monitoring of,and adding value to firms;finishes as the venture capital firms exits. |
