政府信息公开视角下的群体性事件分析

近些年来,随着改革不断深化和社会转型进入关键时期,各种群体性事件不断增加,已经成为影响我国和谐社会建设的重要因素.在分析群体性事件与政府信息公开之间内在联系的基础上,基于政府信息公开的视角,从机制缺位和法治失范两方面揭示了群体性事件产生的诱因,进而提出了相应的对策和建议.

Analysis of the Group Events from the Perspective of the Government Information Publicity

In recent years, with the deepening of reform and entering a critical period of social transition, various group events have increased frequently, which has become an important factor for the construction of harmonious society. In this paper, based on the analysis of the relation between the group events and the government information publicity, the incentive of the group events is presented from the aspects of the mechanism absence and the legal irregularity. In addition, the countermeasures and suggestions for resolving the group events are proposed.
