多维视角下企业研发投入对企业绩效的影响研究——以重庆市工业企业为例

在通过DEA-Malmquist指数法研究重庆市企业研发投入效率的基础上,基于多维视角进一步考察研发效率、研发投入与企业绩效之间的关系.研究发现:重庆企业研发效率的下降主要受到技术变化率的影响;企业研发人力投入强度、资金投入规模均对重庆企业绩效存在显著的正相关关系,而研发资金投入强度对企业绩效存在负相关关系;在重庆企业研发投入结构中,企业资金、消化吸收经费支出及试验发展对当期企业绩效存在显著正向影响;重庆企业研发效率对研发投入强度与企业绩效、研发投入规模与企业绩效、企业资金与企业绩效、吸收经费支出与企业绩效的影响均存在负向调节作用,而对试验发展与企业绩效的影响存在正向调节作用;重庆企业研发投入对企业绩效存在滞后效应.

The effect of R&D investment and firm performance from the multi-dimensional perspectives:A case for industrial enterprises in Chongqing

At first,the paper studies the investment R&D efficiency of enterprises in Chongqing by DEA-Malmquist index method.On this basis,it further examines the relationship between R&D efficiency,R&D investment and corporate performance from the multi-dimensional perspectives.The results show that,the decline in R&D efficiency of Chongqing enterprises is mainly affected by the rate of technological change;The intensity of R&D human resources and the scale of R&D investment have significant positive correlation with the enterprise performance in Chongqing,while R&D investment intensity has negative correlation with the enterprise performance;In the input structure of the research and development of Chongqing enterprise,the enterprise capital,absorption expenditure and experiment development have significant positive influence on the performance of the current enterprise;The effects of R&D efficiency on R&D investment intensity and enterprise performance,R&D investment scale and enterprise performance,corporate capital and enterprise performance, absorption of expenditure and enterprise performance are all negatively regulated.The research and development input of Chongqing enterprises has lagged effect on enterprise performance.
