摘    要:企业组织伦理氛围和企业组织伦理文化是组织伦理状况的形成、发展乃至影响机制发挥的两大重要内容.基于江苏省836名企业员工的样本调查发现:(1)法规氛围在企业组织中形成并对道德行为起"规范作用";(2)企业组织的"自利"氛围以及"功利"氛围仍在加重并呈"蔓延"趋势,导致企业人际关系淡漠;(3)企业组织的伦理文化界定模糊,没有对企业组织道德行为起到实质性的监督与引导作用.促进社会转型期企业组织伦理作用的有效发挥,须建立基于权利和社会责任的企业伦理氛围,重视法律、政治、习俗与传统共融的企业组织伦理文化,培育可持续性的社会责任型企业组织伦理体系.

The empirical research on the ethical climate and ethical culture of the business organizations in social transitional period:Based on the survey of the business organizations in Jiangsu province

Abstract:Based on both theories of the organizational ethical climate and ethical culture,we investigate present ethical context of different business organizations in Jiangsu province in the transitional period of China, combined with the organizational ethical status questionnaire of 836 employees from different organizations in Jiangsu province.Though the empirical statistics and analysis,we find that organization legal climate has gradually formed,and adjusted the organizational moral behavior,and organization of the climate of"self-interest"and"utilitarian"atmosphere continues to worsen and spread,and affected the organizational unethical behavior.The survey also finds that the organization's ethical culture is still in the exploration stage.As a result,we discuss the reconstruction of organizational ethical validity in transitional period from three aspects, that are,establishing fair economic climate based on rights;building a co-fusion ethical culture combined with law,politics,social customs and traditional civilization;fostering the sustainability organization ethics system based on social responsibilities.
