公平偏好下的供应链契约研究综述

根据公平偏好下供应链契约研究的发展脉络,纵向梳理公平偏好下的供应链契约研究,即主要从供应链决策主体假设条件的两个发展阶段:公平偏好信息对称和公平偏好信息非对称下的供应链契约研究.对国内外公平偏好下的供应链契约研究文献进行梳理,发现现有研究存在基本都假设公平信息对称、采用不同的公平参考点、忽略了公平偏好的异质性等不足.针对这些不足,结合供应链运作中的理论和实践问题提出公平偏好下供应链契约研究未来的方向.

Review on supply chain contracts under fairness preference

In recent years,supply chain research has become a popular research area in management,and many scholars pay attention to this field.But few studies review the achievement in this field,this paper will make a literature review in terms of the behavior assumptions,i.e.,symmetry information of fairness preference and asymmetry information of fairness preference.We find out the residual problems,for example most of the studies are based on the fairness preference of the limited symmetry information,and the fairness reference points are too much to provide the scientific strategy.Aiming to solve these problems,we put forward the future direction combined with the theoretic and practical issues in the real supply chain operation and management.
