| 摘 要： | 抗战时期国民政府军统特务机关在国统区建立了常设邮件检查机构,形成了一整套邮件检查制度,邮件检查组织得到极大扩张,检查空前严密。直到抗战结束半年多以后,国民政府才停止对邮件的全面检查。邮件检查是对人民言论通信自由的破坏,同时也对邮政部门的工作效率和信誉产生了不良影响。

| Abstract: | The mail-checking agencies were established by BISMC(the Bureau of Investigation and Statistics of the Military Council) in the KMT(Kuomintang)-occupied areas during the Anti-Japanese War(1937-1945).Since the beginning of the war mail-checking had been expanded in scale.It was quit by the KMT government about half a year after the war.Because of the mail-checking,people s freedom of speech and communication had been deprived and the postal efficiency and reputation had also been detrimentally affected. |
