基础地学实验室建设与管理模式的探索

为了适应高校教学模式的转变，解决传统地学实验室建设与新模式下人才培养之间的矛盾，优化实验教学管理体系，根据笔者所在系实验室设制的实际情况，提出建立基础地学实验室，对实验室进行开放式管理，完善实验教学管理体系，强化实验管理人员的管理水平。这样既可强化基础地质理论实验教学，解决实验器材与管理人员不足的矛盾，又有利于专业实验教学科研工作，同时为学生提供一个开放的实验场所，学生可以充分利用课余时间，自主设计实验，这样有利于学生的创新意识、实践能力和综合素质的培养。

Study on Construction and Management of the Basal Geosciences Laboratory

To meet the changes of teaching model and solve the contradiction between the tradidonal geosciences laboratories construction and the new model of talent educated, we proposed to establish the basal geosciences laboratory to optimize the construction of management systems of laboratory teaching based on the situation of our laboratory construction. The opened-management, optimized management system and enhanced management level of the laboratory assistant can bring us not only optimizing teaching of basal geosciences theory and training in the laboratory , but also resolving the shortage of apparatus and lab assistants and in favor of construction of the specialty laboratories. With an opened-laboratory, students can make devices and do experimentations by themselves. These can do good to training students innovation consciousness, practical capability and generalization quality.
