石油天然气产业集群对区域经济发展的影响

摘　　要:本文利用CRn指数、H指数、Ellison-Glaeser指数等指标，对中国石油天然气产业的产业集聚程度进行了实证研究，并对石油行业的上、下游环节进行了细化研究。通过研究得出结论：中国油气资源勘探开采产业已显现出较强的集群性，且主要集中在我国东北地区和西部地区，但是油气资源炼化加工产业并没有体现出相应的集群性。油气资源富集地区的石油天然气产业的产业链布局存在以上缺陷，这是导致油气资源富集地区的资源禀赋优势没有得到充分发挥的主要原因。

The Impact of Industrial Cluster of Petroleum and Natural Gas on Regional Economic Development

Abstract:The paper makes an empirical research on the agglomeration of Chinese petroleum industry, especially on the updown stream of the petroleum industry by using CRn index. H index and EUison-Glaeser index. The conclusion is that the upstream appeared to be strongly centralized in West China and North East China. On the contrary,the down-stream in these regions appears to be weakly centralized. The mutilation of industry chain of these regions＇ petroleum industry hindered the unleash of the advantage of resources endowment.
