非中心城市独立学院人才培养质量保障体系的探索与实践——以南华大学船山学院为例

近年来,南华大学船山学院通过提出现代人才培养理念、科学定位人才培养目标、科学制定人才培养方案、打造一流师资队伍、突出专业特色、完善课程体系、建构教学质量监控体系、搭建实习平台、加强校园文化建设、强化就业指导和服务等一系列对策与措施,探索出了一套适合非中心城市独立学院自身发展的、较为完善的人才培养质量保障体系。

Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation Quality Security System in Local Independent Colleges in Non-center Cities

In recent years,a complete talent cultivation quality security system suitable for the development of local independent colleges in non-centre cities has been explored through putting forward modern talent cultivation concept,scientifically setting the goal of talent cultivation,designing the talent cultivation program,training a first-class faculty,giving prominence to special majors,improving the curriculum system,constructing the teaching and learning monitoring system,building a platform of internship,constructing campus culture and reinforcing employment guidance and service.
