| 摘 要： | 项目管理有别于生产制造和设计开发管理,它是一个复杂的系统工程,是一个计划、组织、协调与控制的过程,管理过程中许多因素是相互制约、相互关联的。因此企业网站项目管理建设中对进度计划与控制的探析则是至关重要的。但是目前企业网站建设中对进度计划与控制的实施存在着许多问题,需要进一步分析、改进和提高。
