大学制度改革动因论

制度改革是目前大学改革的核心话题。影响大学制度改革的有内部与外部两个方面的动因。历史上引发大学制度变革的外部动因往往有一个明显的产生、主导、衰落的过程。在大学制度发展的某一阶段,某一动因会主导大学制度的变革。然而在另一阶段,这一动因可能会逐渐淡出,甚至衰亡。与外部动因相比,大学制度变革过程中的内部动因相对恒定,并且没有特别的主次之分,每一次大学制度的变革必然涉及到内部动因的所有方面。

On Agents of Reform in University System

Reform in university system,one key issue of university reform,is influenced by both internal and external agents.In the past the external agents leading to changes of university system usually experienced a conspicuous process of emergence,domination and decay.In a certain stage of university system development,some agent dominated the changes,but in another stage,this factor may gradually decline and even wither away.Compared with external agents,internal agents seem to be relatively stable and are difficult to be divided into main agent or minor one,so all internal agents are involved in every reform of university system.
