The Mutual Interpretation of Zen and Confucianism in the Wild Zen Thoughts in the Late Ming Dynasty

In the late Ming Dynasty, Li Zhi, Guan Zhidao, Luo Rufang and some others were called "wild Zen", mainly because of the mutual interpretation of Zen and Confucianism in their thoughts and doctrines. They thought they were the same in essence. Their mutual interpretation makes it easy to understand their main aim, their paradoxical minds of their representatives, and the significance of the vitality the wild Zen brought to ideological circles and literary circles.
