| 摘 要： | 建国初期,我国检察机关的法律监督包括一般监督和司法监督。其中一般监督因种种原因而被空置,至今已鲜有研究。笔者对一般监督制度的基本理论和具体实践进行了较为全面的阐述,力图再现一般监督制度。

| Abstract: | At the early time of the foundation of China, legal supervision of the procuratorial agency included general supervision and judicial supervision,but the general supervision has been vacated because of some conditions,and rarely been mentioned.This article has carried on a more comprehensive elaboration to the general supervision system's elementary theory and concrete practice,tries hard to reveal the general supervision system. |
