摘    要:合并后高校建设组织文化应遵循整体性、创新性、互补性、发展性和多样性的原则,确定系统高效的步骤,采取彰显特色的措施,如提高领导认识,研制总体方案;培养学校精神,建立共同愿景;创设并维护学校价值观,确立行为标准;完善规章制度,注重环境建设;加强组织修炼,搞好组织学习等。

Abstract:The culture construction of universities'integration should follow the rules of integration,innovation, complementation,development and diversity.The efficient and featuring strategies include improving leadership consciousness,researching and making development plans,nurturing college spirits and vision, building and maintaining values and codes of conduct,improving policies,regulations and environment,and reinforcing organizational learning,etc.
