怒江水电开发对当地旅游业的影响及文化保护的对策

云南省怒江州位于“三江并流”的腹地,有“东方第一大峡谷”的奇观,近年来,有关怒江修建大型水坝的各种争论愈演愈烈,本文以怒江要建成两库十三级的水坝为前提,着重分析建坝之后会给怒江旅游业所造成的影响,尤其是对当地民族文化保护造成的影响,针对可能带来的问题,探讨如何更好地保护当地珍贵的民族文化,促进怒江旅游业的进一步发展。

Influence of Hydropower Development in Nujiang on the Local Tourism and the Countermeasures for Culture Protection

With the wonder of "the first gorge in the east",Nujiang Prefecture of Yunnan Province is located in the center of the "three Parallel Rivers",with extremely rich human tourist resources in addition to rich natural resources.The colorful and mysterious ethnic culture and customs give it the name of "virgin soil" for human civilization and "grand view garden" for ethnic culture.In recent years,the discussions on construction of large-scaled dams on the Nujiang River have been increasingly heated.Based on the construction of dams with two reservoirs of thirteen stages on the Nujiang River,the author mainly analyzes the influence of the dam on the tourism of Nujiang,particularly the influence on the protection of the local ethnic culture.In accordance with the potential problems,this paper discusses how to better protect the precious local ethnic culture to promote the further development of the tourism in Nujiang.
