大学生就业与学业刍议

近几年来,随着高校的不断扩招,大学生就业制度的改革,又来我国已加入WTO,国际人才竞争激烈,这样对大学生综合素质要求更高,就业更加困难。大学毕业生就业正逐步走向市场化。就业成功与否,关键在于学生能否有能力参与竞争,能否适应社会市场需求。在校的大学生应该很好地明确学业与就业的关系,了解就业对学业的要求和标准,从而根据就业的要求去认真搞好学业。
