论经济法调整对象的属性

本文对有关经济法调整对象属性的种种说法进行辨析 ,通过区分经济法的调整对象与规范对象 ,界分部门法与社会关系的对应关系 ,指出经济法调整特定的经济关系 ;针对目前对经济法调整的特定的经济关系的不同界定 ,从国家作用于经济的客体、方式和要求上分析 ,认为将经济法调整的特定的经济关系界定为“协调型经济关系”的提法较为妥当。

On the Attributions of the Regulating Object of Economic Law

The article discriminates different versions about the attributions of the regulating object of economic law. On the basis of distinguishing the regulating object from the governing object of economic law, and defining the corresponding relationship between division law and social relations, the article advances that the specific economic relations of the regulating object of economic law may be well defined as coordinated economic relations.
