| 摘 要： | 论述了中小企业的重要性,并以辽宁中小企业为例进行分析,得出辽宁中小企业的发展模式应为构建森林生态模式,定位为配角地位、半边天作用。指出辽宁中小企业应提升人的素质,调整优化产业结构。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the significance of small and medium-sized enterprises.Taking Liaoning's small and medium-sized enterprise as examples,the paper suggests that the development pattern of the above enterprises of Liaoning should construct a forest ecosystem,playing a supporting and half-sky role.Finally,the article argues on small and medium-sized enterprises of Liaoning should promote employees' qualifications vigorously and optimize the industry-structure. |
