| Abstract: | Dingkun Pool was built by princess Anle in Tang Dynasty as her private villa. A study of historical records and Tang poetry indicates the origin, geographical location and size of Dingkun Pool, activities of Emperor Zhong - zong of the Tang Dynasty around the pool as well as the main scenic spots around the pool. |
