| Abstract: | This paper proved how these factors,i.e,extracting agent,preleaching time,leaching time,affect the content of nutrient composition including amino acid,deoxidize sugar,and found out the optimum conditions of the extracting natural antispectic and antistaling agent from bamboo leaves. |
