摘    要:组织传播起源于修辞学,发展于工商与传播.近几十年来,它作为人类传播学的一个分支学科,在西方国家引起了学者们的普遍关注.1960年以来,各国学者从多角度展开了对组织传播学的研究,并逐渐形成了独特的理论和方法,产生了功能和社会文化两大研究学派.同时,西方组织传播学的大学教育获得了较快发展.而在中国大陆,组织传播学的研究则仍处在起步阶段.

Abstract:Organization Communication originates from rhetoric and develops through business communication. It has attracted much attention of communication studies in the West. Extensive studies of organization communication since 1960's have resulted in a u-nique system of research models and methods that crystallized into two schools of the functionalists and the socio-culturalists. Curricu-lum development of organization communication studies is also highlighted in many higher education institutions in the developed coun-tries. The study of organization communication in China is, however, still going through its initial development stages.
