西夏档案机构及管理制度探索

本文利用西夏法律典籍和考古资料探讨了西夏的档案管理机构,证实西夏从中央到地方普遍设立了比较完善的档案工作机构“库中”;通过分析得出西夏主管档案的官员是“主簿、司吏”,兼有都案和案头等与文书相关的官吏;探讨了西夏的档案管理制度,并对其制度如确保档案完整与安全、专门档案的管理制度、查阅制度、立卷制度、副本制度等特别是立卷制度进行了详细阐述和分析,得出西夏档案立卷制度的内容非常丰富,因此才能为后人保留比较完整的档案资料,成为我们研究西夏的宝贵财富。

Research on the organ and running system of archives in Xixia

The article aims at introducing the organ and the running system of Xixia's archive management.According to the ancient law records of Xixia and some archaeological studies,it can be verified that a fairly perfect archives managing organ named "Ku Zhong" had been established both in central and local government in Xixia.Besides,this article also discusses and analyzes the officials in charge of the archive management.They were called "Zhubu" or "Sili" who also held other positions as Duan or Andou related to the work of recording and coping.Furthermore,the article analyzes the running system of Xixia's archive management such as measures to insure the security of archives,the storing system of some special archives,consulting system,and copy system.From the analysis,we can see that the archives system in Xixia is quite advanced,so a great number of archives and records are preserved intactly for the later generations,which become precious sources for us to make a close study of Xixia.
