| Abstract: | First, this paper goes through over nearly 40-year missions of the Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (CICM) in Xinjiang around the end of the Qing dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. Then, a deep analysis of these mission activities is made according to three phases: initial days, developing stage and last stage. |
