| 摘 要： | 人文精神是人们处理政治、经济、文化和各种生活问题中所体现出来的以强调人的发展和对人的尊重、关心和爱护为内容的思维方式和价值观念。陕西地域历史文化源远流长,人文精神内涵极为丰富。着力弘扬＂勇于创新、敢为人先＂的炎黄文化精神;＂崇德尚义,贵法重功＂的周秦文化精神;＂开放包容,大气磅礴＂的汉唐文化精神;＂勤学深思,继往开来＂的关学文化精神;＂艰苦奋斗,务实创业＂的延安革命文化精神,对重塑陕西人的精神风貌,建设社会主义精神文明,促进经济、社会和人的全面发展意义深远。
