| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the reform of CET 4 and CET 6, this paper discusses the new reforms in CET 4 and CET 6 and its influence on College English teaching for listening and speaking. The paper analyzes the status quo of teaching for listening and speaking, and proposes the new approaches for promoting college students'' listening and talking abilities. |
