| 摘 要： | 阐述了网络空间的负面问题 :沉溺网络不能自拔 ,网络安全问题 ,网络犯罪 ,信息污染与信息崇拜 ,信息垄断等。分析了网络问题产生的根源 ,并提出了解决网络伦理问题的办法 :培养主体的自律意识 ;培养主体的责任意识 ;矫正价值观念 ;技术上采取防范措施 ;完善法律法规。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the problems of network, such as indulging themselves in network, endangering the information security, crimes in network, pollution of information and adoration to information, and information monopoly. The paper puts forward the measures of solving the ethics problems of network, such as to bring up the self-discipline to ethics, bring up responsibility to network, rectify the value judgment, adopt the technical measures, and consummate the law about network. |
