利用市场经济体制推动我国科学技术的发展

文章对照科学技术与经济之间关系的理想模式 ,认为市场经济体制比计划经济体制更加有利于科学技术与经济相互作用系统的形成和可持续运行 ;分析了我国科技发展中技术创新主体角色错位、投资主体不合理、科技与经济脱节等弊端 ;提出了借助市场经济的力量促进科学技术与经济相互作用系统的产生和可持续运行、处理好政府宏观调控与利用市场机制调节的辩证关系、以风险投资方式开展科技研究等对策。

Take Advantage of Market Economy System to Promote China 's Science and Technology

This paper discusses the great advantages of the market economy over the planned economy system in the formation and sustainable development of the interactive system of technology and economy. Quite a few disadvantages are found in China's science and technology system in the aspects of technological innovation, the investment for scientific researh, the integration of technology and economy, etc. In contrast with the ideal model of technology and economy in the market economy system. The ways that the authors suggest to deal with the problems are to take advantage of the market economy to promote the formation and sustainable development of the interactive system of science, technology and economy,to correctly handle the relations between the government's macro-regulation and the market mechanism, and to attract risk investments for scientific research.
