| 摘 要： | 本文认为 ,实施可持续发展战略是甘肃省经济社会发展的必然选择。要有效实施可持续发展战略 ,首先必须在认识上解决如下问题 :可持续发展的核心是尽快“发展”,可持续发展是以人为目的、动力和中心的发展 ,甘肃省的可持续发展必须树立长远观点 ,分阶段实施 ,当前应全力进行整体的可持续发展能力建设 ,并提出了甘肃省经济社会发展的整体思路
