| 摘 要： | 信息化时代,高校学报数字化发展是大势所趋.京津冀高校学报数字化发展具备一定的基础,但仍总体落后于其他期刊.在充分分析京津冀高校学报数字化发展现状及制约因素的基础上,具体探讨京津冀高校学报数字化发展策略,以期为京津冀地区高校学报数字化发展提供参考与借鉴.

| Abstract: | Digital development of university journals is the main trend in the information age. The digital development of university journals in Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei still lags behind other journals. Based on an analysis of the present situation, this paper offers effective strategies for the future development in this field. |
