| 摘 要： | 随着高校反腐倡廉建设的深入,出现了一些困扰和阻碍进一步提高工作水平的问题,监督职能受到体制性制约、人员老化与过于年轻化现象并存、干部的知识结构不够完善、纪检监察工作本身缺乏有效监督等.在分析问题基础上,有针对性地提出了一些策略：在上级主管部门的领导下,实行纪检监察资源的统筹协作,建立协作办案机制、协作教育机制、协作培养机制、信息沟通机制、网上交流平台等,以期有效破解这些难题.

| Abstract: | With the development of anti-corruption drive in institutions of higher learning, there remain several problems. For example, supervisory functions are constrained by the system; cadres are either too senile or too young, the knowledge structure of cadres is imperfect and supervision and discipline inspection are less effective. This paper comes up with some counter strategies concerned. |
