| 摘 要： | 采用比较分析等研究方法,通过对近年来美国青少年课外体育活动相关指导文件、政策和标准以及开展现状的分析,结合我国阳光体育开展的具体情况,总结了课外体育推广的主要模式。提出了开展课外体育活动加大政策和资金保障的必要性,增加运动项目趣味性、可参与性,加强场地设施安全管理工作,建立青少年课外体育活动安全保障体系,建立健全效果评价体系及指标等建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the main mode of sunlight sports by analyzing standards and American policies for promoting teenagers afterschool physical education, and comparing with the specific situation of sunlight sports in China.The authors propose that we should emphasize policies, increase investment, enhance teenagers interest and involvement in sports, reinforce the security of sports field and set up safety system for teenagers and establish perfect evaluational system and index. |
